Black Friday starts on Thursday
Surrounded by newspaper shopping inserts, and wired into the web, Stacie begins the 2012 Christmas shopping blitz.
Beach
Among the sea life we discovered this morning (none still living) were a crab, a jellyfish, and a stingray.
A bonus of having Thanksgiving day yesterday is that today can be a relaxing day.

Early Thanksgiving dinner on Wednesday
It was delicious. And the grand kids washed the dishes.
And the Pilgrims and Indians made the trip from Denton.

Sunday Dinner
Becky, Wallace, and Robert prepare chicken enchiladas and salad. Hadley assists with a pumpkin dessert.
Warning: Those who read this blog should probably do so when not hungry. Because there will be many mentions of good food. And probably photos as well.

Beach house
We arrived at the house about 3:00. Hadley's assessment after a quick tour: "Greatest house EVER!" She may be right. Stay tuned for photos.
Day 1: To Galveston!
We met at Vista Ridge Mall at 9:00am and set out (first photo). We stopped at Buc-ee Beaver's, a giant convenience store near Huntsville (second photo, which Becky insisted we pose for), then for lunch in The Woodlands. Robert, Mom, and Daniel followed an hour or so later.
